OUR STORY
Owner Ivan Aguilar didn’t arrive at this work by accident. Growing up surrounded by family members who ran their own businesses, entrepreneurship was in his DNA. Ivan entered the construction trade and officially launched his first company in Atlanta, Georgia in 2004. In 2020, he brought that foundation — 25 years of hands-on experience in drywall and painting — to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, founding Aguilar Drywall & Painting, LLC.
Building a business from scratch in a new state isn’t easy. But Ivan’s commitment to quality, his referral-driven reputation, and his team’s work ethic have made Aguilar one of the most recognized drywall and painting contractors in the Sioux Falls area. Today, 80% of new customers come through referrals — a number that says more than any award.
